Restrained yellow fruit on the nose, herbs and spices, light peppery notes, vegetal notes, traces of dark caramel and tar, tart mineral notes in the background. Firm on the palate, quite juicy and lively, slightly creamy fruit, very elegant, lively acidity, peppery traces, also slightly salty, good persistence, quite full-bodied and polished, harmonious, good finish.
