2008 Wagram Pinot Noir trocken Reserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Mixed berries on the nose, some forest mushrooms, tart herbaceous, earthy and mineral notes, light smoky notes, spicy oak. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nougat in the background, soup greens and earthy notes, oak, peppery and mineral traces, predominantly mature tannins, light malted notes, not particularly deep, good to very good finish.
