2007 Wagram Ried Brunnthal Sauvignon Blanc trocken Lagenreserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Very ripe pomaceous fruit and melon on the nose, touch of vanilla and caramel, light spicy oak. Firm and juicy on the palate, again loads of ripe fruit, very well integrated oak, peppery notes and some herbs and spices, quite sweetish and creamy, but also has fairly prominent and very elegant acidity, spicy with mineral notes, very persistent, full body, excellent long finish.
