2005 Wagram Ried Brunnthal Sauvignon Blanc trocken Lagenreserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Ripe yellow fruit and some lychee on the nose, cool and slightly smoky, vegetal and mienral notes. Very tranquil and harmonious, initially fairly soft and almost gentle, but then well structured with light peppery notes and green peppers typical of the variety, moderate mineral notes and unobtrusive but persistent yellow fruit, has both substance and depth, good long finish.
