Citrus fruit, pears amd some peaches on the nose, tart mineral notes, herbs and spices. Lively on the palate, quite juicy fruit with filigree acidity, still has some carbon dioxide, herbs and spices, light peppery notes, prominent mineral notes on the palate, full-bodied and creamy, firm structure, persistent, good depth, very light tannic touch, delicate bitter notes, firm bite, excellent balance, refrsshing, elegantly juicy, minerally, quite long finish.
