Firm nose with prominent mineral notes, delicate tart notes, herbs and some sauerkraut, vegetal notes, bruised apples and pears. Quite full-bodied, already quite mature, elegant juicy fruit, herbs and spices and some vegetal notes, elegant acidity, sweetish and creamy, light tannic note, delicate tart and slightly rough notes, prominent mineral notes in the background, sweetish, creamy, vegetal notes on a slightly tart finish.
