Somewhat developed, bloody-fleshy, slightly bacony and hinted at toasty aroma of predominantly black berries and a little cherry with tart nutty flavours. firm, juicy and powerful in the mouth, preserved, dense dark fruit with clear, again a little toasty wood spice, lots of dark chocolate on the palate, present, crumbly-sandy, very slightly drying tannin, powerful body, malty tones, a little compote, certain depth, very good, powerful and almost viscous finish, again with lots of chocolate, but also some bite
