2017 Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Slightly bacony, nutty and dried floral, also a hint of meatiness with quiet black berry aromas and a hint of liquorice. Ripe, quite firm, juicy, tart dark fruit, fine sandy, slightly drying tannin, some persistence, minty-herbal traces, a hint of juniper and meaty nuances, some roasting in the background, a hint of coffee grounds, some minerality, ethereal nuances, good to very good finish.
