Tart, nutty and somewhat tobacco, developed aroma of predominantly black berries with slightly meaty-animalic notes and woody hints. Quite firm, tart dark fruit with smoky and bacony wood notes, fine sandy tannin, some persistence, tobacco nuances, a hint of pepper, earthy and salty hints, very good, tart finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Herber und kühler, dabei recht präsenter Duft nach Kirschen und gemischten Beeren mit etwas Lauch, feinen Kräuternuancen, ein wenig Nadelhholz, Wacholder sowie floralen, pfeffrigen und zart fleischigen Noten. Herb-saftige, geschliffene, dabei gänzlich unentwickelte Frucht, moderates Holz, dazu Wacholder, ein wenig Majoran und Lorbeer, feinsandiges, jugendliches Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, fest, tief und mineralisch, helle tabakige und nussige Anklänge, sehr guter Abgang mit herbem, kühlem Saft. Muss reifen.
