Firm, tart, clearly herbal, a little reminiscent of parsley and spring onions with yellow and white fruit aromas, hints of exoticism, delicate mushrooms and a hint of black berries as well as some laurel. Ripe, warm, melting and quite juicy yellow fruit, smoky aromas and dry herbs, again a lot of laurel, also black berry tones, hints of juniper, nutty on the palate, a lot of power and noticeable but integrated alcohol, some depth, light wood with aniseed notes, very good, tart, warm finish with clearly ethereal spiciness
