Translate to English Grün-vegetabiler und einen Hauch pfeffriger Duft mit Artischockentönen, etwas Holunderblüte und mineralischen Nuancen. Reife, schmelzige, recht saftige, etwas weiche Frucht, ein wenig an Avocado und wieder Artischocke erinnernde vegetabile Noten, gute Nachhaltigkeit, relativ warmer Stil, verhaltene Säure, hat dennoch gewisses Rückgrat, mineralische Nuancen, sehr guter Abgang.
