firm nose, prominent yeasty notes, light nutty notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of butter and caramel, light mineral notes. Firm, ripe, fairly juicy and slightly warm fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and floral notes, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide light grip, noticeable warm alcohol, sweetish and creamy, hint of bacon, good persistence, initially slightly astringent on a very good finish, becomes more juicy with aeration, Currently rather austere and not approachable.

Editor note: Nutty notes on the nose, moderate spicy oak, light vegetal notes, tranquil pomaceous fruit, some vanilla, hint of tobacco, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, slightly warm fruit on the palate, light nutty oak and a touch of vanilla, very elegant acidity, persistent, light floral notes, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, full body, some depth, still undeveloped, slightly sweetish, hint of tobacco on a very good finish.
