2013 Ried Dürr trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm, tart nose, touch of smoked bacon, red and a few black berries, whiff of cherries, dried floral, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, hint of tobacco, very fine, generally well integrated tannins, light bite, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good substance and persistence, light salty and herbaceous traces in the background, very good juicy finish.
