Translate to English Sehr fester, komplexer, aber noch eher verschlossen wirkender Duft nach grünen Beeren, Kernobst, etwas Zitrusfrüchten, Paprika und ein wenig Pfeffer mit hefig-nussigen Anklängen und deutlicher Mineralik. Dicht und saftig im Mund, reife, schmelzige, dabei trockene Frucht mit viel Kräuterwürze, etwas Holunder und vegetabilen Anklängen, wieder leicht pfeffrig und hefig, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kraftvoll, aber ohne jegliche Schwere, würzig, intensiv mineralisch und ziemlich komplex, Holundertöne, noch sehr jung, sehr guter bis langer, regelrecht betörender Abgang.
