2009 Ried Setz trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Somewhat developed, deep, slightly ethereal scent of ripe, partly preserved and dried black berries, tobacco, hinted at iodine, cedar wood and roast. Very ripe, warm, juicy, dense fruit, crumbly tannins, fine spicy aromas, somewhat cedar and tobacco on the palate, lots of power, persistent, good depth, spicy, toasty and slightly ethereal notes, quite complex, tightens again with air, very good to long, dense, juicy and spicy finish
