Yeasty, nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, pulses and asparagus, celery, yellow fruit and vegetal traces in the background, earthy and mineral notes. More spicy vegetal notes on the palate, lively, still totally undeveloped fruit, tart smoky notes in the background, elegant and fairly lively acidity, persistent and deep, prominent mineral notes, very good long finish. Needs time to develop.

Best to drink: Ende 2012-2016+. What our ratings mean
