2008 Ried Steinmühle Sauvignon Blanc trocken Methusalemreben, Burgenland, Austria

Candied pomaceous fruit and citrus, hint of honey n the nose, creamy, spicy oak. Juicy on the palate, sweetish spicy oak, creamy fruit, light acid bite, vegetal and herbaceous notes, some gooseberry, full-bodied with excellent persistence, deep and complex, still extremely young, earthy and mineral notes in the background, juicy and very complex on a very long finish.

Best to drink: 2012-2020+. What our ratings mean
