Clear, polished and quite fine yellow and white fruity nose with floral nuances, some root vegetables, hints of mushrooms and a touch of dark berries. Relatively tart fruit and green-vegetable notes, some acid bite and some tannin, a hint of dark berries, also celeriac, slight warmth, salty traces, good, again tart finish.
