2021 Cabernet Blanc trocken PIWI, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, slightly yeasty nose with very bright yellow fruity aromas, a little white currant and fresh planty hints. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, again bright fruit, nutty, yeasty and planty tones, also slightly floral on the palate, lively acidity and grip of fine tannin, good persistence, a trace of smoke in the background, animating style, good to very good finish.
