Herbal-vegetable scent with aromas of partly exotic yellow and white fruits and hints of black berries. Clear, quite polished, tart-juicy fruit, fine acidity and some grip, nutty traces on the palate, a hint of tobacco, certain persistence and power, mineral hints, very slightly floral in the background, yeasty to slightly light-woody traces, delicately creamy, very good finish. Has gained again in the last months.

Editor note: Translate to English Hefiger, zart rauchiger und hell-nussiger Duft mit noch leicht gedeckten, hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, hefigen Tönen und erdig-mineralischen Anklängen. Recht feste, zurückhaltende, herbe Frucht, nussige und leicht hefige Aromen, ein wenig helles Holz, angedeutet Fenchel am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Kraft und Schmelz, sehr feine Säure, helle mineralische Anklänge, guter bis sehr guter Abgang, wieder mit hellem Holz. Muss noch ein wenig reifen.
