Almost cool, distinctly planty nose with restrained white and yellow fruit aromas and floral tones. Tart, bright fruit with smoky and still slightly yeasty notes, relatively lively acidity and grip of ripe tannin, vegetal and bacon hints, slightly nutty, lots of bright minerality, some depth, still young, very good, quite firm, tart finish with some alcohol warmth.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
