Floral, herbal and yellow-spicy nose with aromas of ripe citrus fruit, stone fruit, mace, some mustard pickle and marjoram. Firm, ripe, bone-dry fruit, vegetal tones reminiscent of mustard cucumber, nutty, yeasty and slightly smoky on the palate, moderate acidity and plenty of grip from friable, fine tannin, bacony nuances, a hint of egg, very tart dry herb tones, slightly resinous, noticeable but integrated alcohol, very good, tart finish.
