2015 Süd-Steiermark Ratsch Grauburgunder trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty and nutty notes, restrained yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Light-bodied dry fruit on the palate, still yeasty, moe nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant acidity, light grip, good persistence, good to very good tart finish.
