2013 Süd-Steiermark Ried Stermetzberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart, firm nose, prominent vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, zucchini and some broccoli, light nutty traces, green pepper, hint of coconut, delicate yellow fruit. Firm again on the palate, surprisingly cool, polished, tart, juicy fruit, fresh green vegetal aromas, lively acidity, fine tannic grip, contoured, persistent and quite concentrated, slightly salty mineral notes, slightly creamy, but also has bite, some black berries, very harmonious, still very youthful, herbaceous and light floral traces, cool and juicy on a very good finish.
