Clearly fresh, herbaceous and still a hint of yeasty aroma of ripe citrus fruit and peach skin with chalky notes in the background. Ripe, juicy fruit with herbs, some smoke, nutty and yeasty notes and yellow spice, quite lively acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, chalky-salty minerality, restrained, slightly sweetish melting, hints of redcurrant, very good, quite firm, again grippy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
