Firm, tart, herbaceous, delicately smoky and mineral nose with cool citrus aromas and a hint of peach as well as hints of dark ethereal notes. Ripe, clear, juicy, again cool fruit, dried herbaceous aromas, lively acidity and grip, lots of salt, also chalky tones, citrus zest in the background, has freshness, some yellow spice, reminiscent of curry, also pepper, very good, firm, juicy, grippy, mineral and spicy finish with a hint of smoke and increasingly also aniseed.
