Translate to English Fester, herber, deutlich kräuteriger, fast an Pesto erinnernder, auch noch leicht rauchig-reduktiver und speckiger Duft mit relativ zurückhaltenden, zitrusbetonten gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Pinienkernen und Mineralik. Klare, kühle, eher helle, feinsaftige, fest gewirkte Frucht, lebendige, feine, geschliffene Säure und etwas Griff, ein wenig hefige und rauchige Noten, angedeutet grüner Speck, dann frische pflanzliche Noten, an Frühlingszwiebeln erinnernd, ein Hauch gelber Würze, zunehmend maritime Noten, deutliche, helle Mineralik im Hintergrund, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger und feinwürziger Abgang mit zarter Pflanzenschärfe.
