Cool, slightly reductive, somewhat herbal, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose, light yellow fruit with delicate vegetal aromas and a hint of red berries. Clear fruit with a delicately sweetish melt, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, a hint of ash and rhubarb, hints of lemon butter, slightly smoky oak notes in the background, clearly salty and chalky tones, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
