Clear, quite polished, slightly herbaceous-vegetal and hinted floral citrus-peach nose with bright floral and mineral nuances. Firm and very polished, quite noble, cool fruit, yeasty notes and clear, bright minerality, lively, very fine acidity, persistent, still undeveloped, a hint of bacon in the background, fine grip, some depth, very good, tight, mineral and fine-juicy finish with pull.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
