Firm, still a little smoky-reductive, floral and somewhat herbal, cool peach scent with citrus aromas, yeast extract, a hint of dark berries and minerality. Tight, juicy, bright fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty tones and clear, chalky-salty minerality, slightly floral and red berry in the background, persistent, good substance and depth, quite complex, again smoky-reductive nuances, very good, tight, juicy and mineral finish with plenty of pull.
