Firm, rather cool, clearly yeasty and also somewhat smoky fragrance with citrus and pome fruit aromas, fine vegetable tones and herbal-vegetable nuances. Clear, quite firm, rather juicy, lively fruit, polished acidity, fine vegetable to herbal and floral aromas, delicate touch, persistent on the palate, has freshness and plenty of bite, clear minerality, very good, firm, juicy finish
