Editor note: Firm, fairly deep, still slightly closed nose, vegetal and light yeasty notes, light earthy, chalky and smoky mineral notes, light yellow fruit aromas. Also still shy on the palate, firm, tart and deep, light juicy fruit,, lively, elegant acidity, noticeable tannic grip, prominent yeasty aromas, persistent, floral traces, hint of bacon in the background, slightly oily core, hint of capers, good depth, has grip and bite on a very good, tart, juicy and very firm finish.
Best to drink: 2021-2026+
