Relatively cool, rather restrained, somewhat planty to herbal and hinted almondy nose with notes of light yellow fruit and a hint of bacon. Slender, slightly sweetish fruit with a hint of peach and dark berries, lively acidity, delicate grip, a certain persistence, hints of cream, salty tones, good finish with bite.
