Translate to English Konzentrierter Duft nach eingemachtem und kandiertem Steinobst mit zart karamelligen Tönen vegetabilen Spuren, etwas getrockneten Pilzen und Honig. Dicht gewirkte, noch ein wenig unruhige, extrem süße Frucht im Mund, präsente, dabei geschliffene Säure, Kandisaromen, feine Honigtöne und wieder ein wenig Karamell, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr gute Tiefe, hat Biss und Spannung, wirkt aber noch völlig unnahbar, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit kräuterigen und mineralischen Anklängen.
