delicate yeasty, nutty and light vegetal notes on the ose, ripe yellow fruit, hint of yellow spice, herbs, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, slightly warm fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty, earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, restrained, integrated tannins, good substance and persistence, delicately sweetish and creamy, hint of sugar candy, salty traces, slightly muted on a good to very good finish.
