2014 Pinot Noir trocken kaufmann, Rheingau, Germany

Relatively cool, slightly vegetal scent predominantly red berries with earthy and floral nuances. Fairly prominent fruit in the mouth, prominent vegetal notes and light earthy notes, fairly prominent acidity, fine tannin, fairly persistent, a little salt in the background, old oak notes, slightly astringent, a bacon, attractive to good finish.
