Translate to English Leicht vegetabiler und eine Spur phenolischer Duft nach teils eingemachtem Steinobst und Zitrusfrüchten mit zart erdigen und unterholzigen Tönen. Sehr süße Frucht im Mund, etwas vegetabil und einen Hauch nussig, sehr feine Säure, ganz leicht oxidative Töne, erdige bis mineralische Noten im Hintergrund, Kandis, kräuterige Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig antrocknender Gerbstoff, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit karamelligen Anklängen. Wesentlich überzeugender als die im März verkostete Probe.
