Im Mund sehr süße Frucht von kandiertem und eingekochtem Stein- und Kernobst, nussige, brotige und wachsige Noten, vegetabile und erdige Anklänge, passende Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, Zitruszesten im Hintergrund, auch ein wenig Orangenschale, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
