Translate to English Schöner, zart holz- und nusswürziger Duft von reifen Äpfeln, Birnen und etwas Karamell. Klare, geradlinige Frucht, aromatische Holzwürze, zartrauchig, feine, lebendige Säure im Hintergrund, leicht mineralisch, gute Struktur, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr gute Balance, verbindet Kraft und Frische, schöner Nachhall. Zu Fisch in Beurre Blanc und Krustentieren.
