Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, reminiscent of broccoli, light nutty notes, restrained yellow fruit, earthy and mineral traces. Straightforward fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, elegant acidity, smoky traces, light tannic touch, fairly persistent, earthy notes in the background, good tart finish.
