Firm, tart nose, light yeasty and cool vegetal notes, restrained green and yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes, touch of bell peppers, herbs and traces of elderflowers. Firm and quite juicy on the palate, still largely undeveloped, slightly muted and yeasty, ripe but fairly cool fruit, very elegant acidity, vegetal and floral aromas, hint of mint, persistent, gripping, good substance, creamy, mineral notes in the background, prominent herbaceous aromas, good grip, still yeasty with elegant vegetal notes on a very good juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, nussig-holzwürziger und deutlich grün-vegetabiler Duft mit Noten reifer gelber Früchte, floralen und kräuterigen Aromen sowie recht deutlicher Mineralik. Ziemlich saftige, reife, einen Hauch süßliche FRucht im Mund, herbe, leicht rauchige Holzwürze, nussige Töne und wieder grün-vegetabile Aromen, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und kräftig, aber nicht schwer, kühle Mineralik im Hintergrund, noch jung, sehr guter, süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit viel Zug.
