Clear, finely herbal citrus stone fruit notes with a hint of red apple, nutty-yeasty undertones, and traces of melted butter, delicate barrel tones, and smoke. Ripe, sweetly juicy fruit with herbal to plant-like aromas, a bit of smoke and yellow spice, fine acidity, a light touch of soft tannins, good sustainability, cool minerality in the background, a hint of ash, very good finish.
