Quite firm, fine-vegetable fragrance with restrained, calm yellow-fruity aromas, hints of fresh mushrooms, hints of tobacco and floral traces. Ripe, bright, not quite dry fruit, fine acidity and some grip, nutty and delicately yeasty tones, good persistence, has substance, some depth, clear, tart mineral tones in the background, smoky traces, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
