Relatively cool, still a little yeasty, plus some vegetal to herbal and hints of almondy pome and stone fruit with a hint of white flowers. Bright, sweetish fruit with still clearly yeasty flavours, lively acidity, some persistence, very light tannic grip, limes, peach and almonds in the background, salty tones, good to very good finish with bite.
