2019 Rüdesheim Berg Rottland Riesling Grosses Gewächs, Rheingau, Germany

Herbaceous to herbaceous, very delicate fennel-like scent with yellow-fruity and fine-vegetable aromas, floral traces and some minerality in the background. Very slightly warm, sweetish fruit with tart dried-vegetable, slightly nutty and also a hint of yeasty notes, suitable acidity, a little drying tannin, good persistence and substance, a hint of dark berries, some phenolic bitterness, also tart herbs, very good, sweetish-tart finish with grip.
