Translate to English Duft nach kandierten Birnen, Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit fester mineralischer Würze. Dicht und saftig im Mund, nicht ganz trocken, präsente Mineralik, feine Säure, gute Struktur, griffig, nussige Töne, zartherbe Würze am Gaumen, tabakige Noten, guter Abgang; bricht an der Luft leider relativ schnell ein, wird einfacher und bitterer.

Am Gaumen kühl, fest und mineralisch, gute Säure und relativ viel Kohlensäure, tief, nachhaltig, ziemlich kräftig, auch am Gaumen von der Mineralität beherrscht, fast ein wenig tabakig, langer, griffiger Abgang.
