Onion skin colour. Still very slightly yeasty pome fruit nose with a little redcurrant, nutty, yeasty and vegetal nuances as well as floral traces. Clear, finely juicy, slightly reddish fruit, very fine acidity and delicate sweetness, some grip, cool on the palate, light minerality and fresh vegetal nuances, good persistence, yeasty traces, very good, finely juicy finish.
