Firm, tart and rather cool, light, slightly floral, still a touch yeasty nose with fine vegetal and slightly peppery aromas, a little smoke, hint of herbs and mineral nuances. Clear, taut, bright and juicy fruit, lively, quite fine acidity and delicate grip, vegetal to herbaceous tones, again a hint of yeast, floral nuances, certain depth, bright, salty-chalky minerality, very firm core, has bite, very good finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2035+. What our ratings mean
