2021 Escherndorf Bacchus Spätlese VDP.Ortswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous, almondy and hints of bacon aroma of bright yellow fruits with fine vegetal and delicate floral aromas. Youthful, slightly sweet fruit with a hint of red berries, fine, lively acidity, delicate grip and some persistence, salty-mineral tones, good finish.
