Relatively cool, polished, somewhat planty to herbal and hints of almondy scent of bright yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of gooseberries and strawberries. Youthful, sweet, juicy fruit with a hint of wild berries and mint, fine acidity, hints of tannin grip, good persistence, chalky mineral tones, a hint of yeast and salt in the very good finish.
